The house has fully equipped kitchen, laundry area with dryer and washing machine, TV room, sound system throughout the house. Wood oven on the outside.

HOUSE RULES:

– Pets are not allowed
– No smoking inside enclosed spaces.
– Arrival time: 10AM
– Departure time: 2PM
– Guests must bring their market and provide food for 2 service employees 3 times a day.
– The house has two service people: 1 cook and 1 general service.
– Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We are not responsible for accidents due to lack of care.
– The room of use of the owners is not available for use.
– If you exceed the maximum capacity of allowed guests (12 people), it will not be authorized.
– Being a rest house, we disconnected from the WIFI so there is not.
– The use of kayak or paddle boards is provided at your own risk and good use. We are not responsible for accidents.
– The house has a sound system throughout the house, which is available for its proper use.
